    AKASF is a non-profit organization primarily made up of adult Korean
    adoptees living in the Bay area.

    It provides educational, cultural and social events and information
    focused on creating a supportive network for Korean Adoptees.

    SUPPORT GROUP FOR ADULT KOREAN ADOPTEES IN THE COUNTIES OF SAN DIEGO,
    ORANGE, RIVERSIDE, SAN BERNARDINO, LOS ANGELS AND VENTURA SHARING OUR
    EXPERIENCES, JOYS AND SORROWS.

    It began in early 1996 out of a desire to create an organization that
    recognized and celebrated the community of people whose lives, through
    adoption, bridge nations, cultures and races.

    The Evan B. Donaldson Adoption Institute, founded in 1996, is a national
    not-for-profit organization devoted to improving adoption policy and
    practice.

    Asian Adult Adoptees of Washington is a resource that provides
    mentoring, fellowship and educational opportunities for Asian/Pacific
    adoptees and the community.

    This site feature annual gathering of Korean American Adoptees sponsored
    by Also Known As Inc.

    Korean Quarterly is a new non-profit quarterly newspaper, written by
    and about the Korean American community of the Twin Cities and upper
    midwest. We define this community to include first and second generation
    Korean Americans and their families (including non-Korean family
    members), adopted Koreans and their families, and bi-racial/bi-cultural
    Korean American people.

    KAAN is the Korean American Adoptee Adoptive Family Network. Adoptees,
    Adoptive Parents and Korean Americans are involved in this organization,
    making it a most inclusive organization. KAAN is a network which links
    individuals and organizations across the United States and Canada.

    Korean Focus is based in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland
    metropolitan area, but serve all adoptive families with children of
    Korean heritage by providing support and information through its website
    and discussion list.

    Founded in 1987, The Adoption Council of Ontario (ACO) is an umbrella
    organization providing support to individuals and groups involved in
    adoption in Ontario.
