Reservation

Reservation process. Rooms may be reserved up to three months prior to the expected date of your stay. Please refer to reservation page. http://www.koroot.org/kindex.html
You can simply fill out the form for reservation.
Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail or fax within two or three days.

Payment. Payment (USD 15$ per day) needs to be made when you check in. Upon arrival, we advise you to pay for all the nights for which you have reserved. However, there is a separate charge for laundry and dry ($2 each).

Maximum Duration of Stay. In order to meet the great demand for reservation, the maximum period of stay is one month. If you would like to stay longer, we advise you to contact us first.

Cancellation. If you wish to adjust or cancel your reservation, please give at least one-week notice and notify Koroot of such changes by email or fax etc.

Reservation. Reservation will be made on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.

Room Assignment. Room assignment is based upon our single-gender room policy, but exception can be made through negotiation with you roommates or on case-by-case basis(family etc).

Arrival. You can collect your bedroom key from receptionist. It is highly recommended that you notify us of approximate time at which you will be arrived at KoRoot.

Departure. Please vacate your room and return your key to receptionist on the day of your departure for check-out process. All guests will be required to vacate their rooms by 12 a.m. in order to allow us to make necessary arrangements for the next guests. If you are still in your bedroom after 12 a.m. you will be charged for the stay for that day.
