Officetel available from January 2006 |

Hi, unfortunately 12 January I'll have to leave Korea again after a 4,5 months stay. Therefore my officetel will be available to anyone who wants to finish my one year contract. The officetel is small (25 sqm), but very nice. The building was finished last August and has good facilities. My offictel is located on the 12th floor with a nice view over the city and equipped with all the basics (big fridge, washingmachine, airco, floor heating etc.) It's near Dongdaemun (Sinseoldong station on line 1).
The monthly rent is 450,000 KRW and there's a deposit fee of 5,000,000 KRW.
